Our historic boutique hotel on the campus of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville offers a variety of event spaces and the finest in wedding catering. Whether your wedding has the need an intimate, elegant dining room or an elaborate outdoor wedding on the Old Main Lawn, our event facilities offer beauty, grace and elegance.

The Inn at Carnall Hall has the event space and the experience to host your entire wedding event from the bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception. Our onsite restaurant, Ella’s, caters all of the events at The Inn at Carnall Hall and our event staff provides the tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and silverware. The staff also manages the room set-up and break-down, making each event a worry-free occasion.

Wedding Packages

We offer several wedding packages to our brides to take away some of the stress and worry from the wedding planning process. We invite you to contact our sales staff to discuss pricing, including food and drink minimums that are required for each package.

Our Silver Package is perfect for intimate receptions of 100 guests or fewer. This package is designed for brides seeking an intimate event filled with simplicity and ease. The Silver Package includes:

  • The choice between the West Dining Room (approximately 2,000 square feet for up to 100 people) or the Classroom (approximately 1,100 square feet for up to 60 people)
  • The use of house music for entertainment (no band or DJ allowed)
  • The use of the rented facilities for up to 8 hours (until 10 p.m.)
  • The tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and silverware
  • The room set-up and break-down

Our Gold Package brings together wedding venue, food and beverage for a distinctive and highly personalized wedding. This option features space for up to 150 guests.
The Gold Package includes:

  • Both the West Dining Room (approximately 2,000 square feet for up to 100 people) and the Classroom (approximately 1,100 square feet for up to 60 people)
  • Use of the lobby area between the two dining rooms for placement of items such as gifts, cake, bar and buffet.
  • Use of the West Veranda, which brings a bit of picturesque outdoor beauty to the wedding event
  • DJs and small bands are permitted with prior approval
  • The use of the rented facilities from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the day of the wedding (all decorations and belongings must be removed by 11 p.m.)
  • The tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and silverware
  • The room set-up and break-down

Our Platinum Package is the “Private Inn for a Day” package and is the most exclusive wedding reception option available. The Inn at Carnall Hall is closed to the public for a day and all services and staff are entirely dedicated to making your wedding a memorable experience. This option is recommended for groups of 150 to 400 guests.
The Platinum Package includes:

  • Use of the entire hotel for the day including staff and other amenities
  • Use of outdoor spaces with tents (not included) for the ceremony, entertainment and/or addi tional seating (only available with this package)
  • A two-night minimum rental of all 49 sleeping rooms
